  • Vinification: 5 years of maceration (skin contact); wild yeast; no added sulfur
  • Maturation: aged in 400–600L Slovenian wood barrels; gravity-fed cellar work
  • Serving Temp: 12–14°C (cellar temp)

Sensory profile
  • Appearance: deep golden to amber
  • Aroma: intense and oxidative; dried apricots, orange peel, honey, and herbal spices
  • Palate: dry and powerful with a rich tannic structure. A masterpiece of extreme patience
