‍Production and service

• Variety: 100% malvasia
• Vinification: exclusively hand-picked grapes of the highest quality; short maceration of must and grape skin, followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats at 15–18 °C
• Maturation: kept in stainless steel vats for three months after alcoholic fermentation to develop a full body while maintaining freshness
• Alcohol: 12.5%
• Serving Temp: 10–12 °C

Sensory profile

• Appearance: pale gold yellow colour
• Aroma: a fresh bouquet typical of the variety, reminiscent of stone fruit, acacia flower, and fresh hay, intertwined with apricot, peach, tropical fruits, and almonds
• Palate: lively and medium-bodied with pleasant fruitiness and minerality
